Democracy Cup 2024 was founded by five API women who created a campaign called #OSAYS, an AANHPI storytelling campaign. They have partnered with Success Cohorts, a company providing coaching and community building for early career individuals from historically underrepresented communities.
A huge thank you to our fiscal sponsor and partner, College Success Foundation, a nonprofit helping underserved, low-income students achieve their dream of a college education.
Why we do this
Communities of color have historically been underrepresented in voting. Democracy Cup 2024 is a grassroots and nonpartisan campaign that wants to help change that. We do this by providing voting content to organizations serving BIPOC communities for their use in communicating with their constituents.
